Terms of Service

Estores sells digital products only: software licenses, design templates, and ebooks. Nothing physical ships. Products are delivered as downloadable files and/or license keys immediately after payment.

Product pages describe what each item includes — file formats, license type, and current version. What is listed on the product page at the time of purchase is what you get.

You can browse and buy without an account, but an account keeps your purchases in one place for re-download. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or resale of license keys.

When you buy a product you receive a license to use it — the underlying intellectual property stays with its creator. Unless a product page states otherwise, every purchase includes:

• Personal license: use on your own devices and personal projects.
• Commercial license: where marked, use in client work and commercial projects.
• No redistribution: you may not resell, re-license, share, or publicly host the files or keys themselves.

Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout. We may change catalog prices at any time, but changes never affect purchases you have already made. Taxes may be added where the law requires it.

Digital goods are refundable under the conditions described in our refund policy — broken files, wrong version, or products materially different from their description. See the refund policy page for the full rules and how to make a claim.

Do not use the store to commit fraud, probe or attack our infrastructure, scrape the catalog at abusive rates, or upload malicious content through any form. We reserve the right to refuse service where we detect abuse.

Products are provided as described, but otherwise "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
